Under New Jersey Board on Continuing Legal Education Regulation 201:2, newly admitted attorneys must complete 24 credits of CLE within the newly admitted lawyer’s first full two-year compliance period. Of these, a newly admitted lawyer with a plenary license in New Jersey must obtain 15 credit hours in any 5 of the following 9 subject areas during the newly admitted lawyer’s first full two-year compliance period:

  • New Jersey basic estate administration;
  • New Jersey basic estate planning;
  • New Jersey civil or criminal trial preparation;
  • New Jersey family law practice;
  • New Jersey real estate closing procedures;
  • New Jersey trust and business accounting;
  • New Jersey landlord/tenant practice;
  • New Jersey municipal court practice; and
  • New Jersey law office management.

At our New Admitted CLE Symposium's, which we hold twice each year, we provide 15 CLE credits across five of the required subject areas over two days thereby allowing you to conveniently satisfy your requirements.  Priced at just $349.00, which is only $23.00/credit, you will not find a more affordable way to get your newly admitted obligations taken care of!
